What does this mean to you? It means that we use all available new construction technologies such as Advanced Framing, SIPs (structural insulation panels) and value engineering. It also means that we handcraft those elements of exterior and interior trim and woodwork that make your home beautiful and unique. The combination of modern techniques with traditional hand craftsmanship means your new home, addition, kitchen or bath remodel is energy efficient, affordable, beautiful and uniquely yours.

As your building contractor, we approach each project, whether a small deck, bath or kitchen remodel, or a new home as a collaboration between builder and homeowner. Your home, bath or kitchen, patios and decks are the environment in which you will live, dream, entertain and raise your family. You must be an active participant in the process.

Our inspirations for fashioning our construction projects run the gamut from turn of the century designers and architects such as Greene and Greene and Bernard Maybeck to modern visionaries such as Sarah Susanka, author of the Not So Big House series of books. We are particularly inspired by the legions of craftsman and carpenters who have come before us.
